Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions and other recurring purchase options may be canceled at any time before the next scheduled order is processed.

Canceling a subscription will stop future recurring charges and shipments. Orders that have already been processed, charged, or shipped cannot be canceled through the subscription cancellation process.

Customers may manage or cancel their subscription through their customer account or by contacting Sporgy Mushrooms for assistance.

There are no cancellation fees.

Any refunds, returns, or replacements for orders that have already been processed are subject to our Refund Policy.

Sporgy Mushrooms reserves the right to modify or discontinue a subscription or recurring purchase option. Any changes that affect an active subscription will be communicated when required.
