Shipping & Return Policy

Online Purchases

  • Consumables: All consumable product sales (including teas, extracts, and grow kits) are final due to health and safety regulations.

  • Apparel: Clothing items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery for a different size, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or defective, we’re happy to replace it. Please email Care@SporgyMushrooms.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo documentation.

    • Claims submitted after 7 days may not qualify for refund or replacement.

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method for the product value, minus a $5 shipping & handling fee. This fee is waived if the issue was due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or confirmed defect).


Grow Kits

  • Grow kits are perishable and time-sensitive.

  • If your kit arrives damaged or compromised, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll replace it with the same or comparable kit (subject to availability).

  • No refunds or exchanges are accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.


In-Person Purchases (Farmers Markets or Events)

  • All in-person sales are final, since products can be directly inspected before purchase.

  • If an issue arises, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll do our best to resolve it.


Shipping Information

Sporgy Mushrooms is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

  • Carrier issues once the package leaves our facility

Please double-check your shipping details before checkout.

  • If an order is returned due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.

  • We currently ship within the United States only to valid street addresses.

  • We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or internationally at this time.
