Online Purchases

Consumables: All consumable product sales (including teas, extracts, and grow kits) are final due to health and safety regulations.

Apparel: Clothing items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery for a different size, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or defective, we’re happy to replace it. Please email Care@SporgyMushrooms.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo documentation.

Claims submitted after 7 days may not qualify for refund or replacement.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method for the product value, minus a $5 shipping & handling fee. This fee is waived if the issue was due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or confirmed defect).

Grow Kits

Grow kits are perishable and time-sensitive.

If your kit arrives damaged or compromised, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll replace it with the same or comparable kit (subject to availability).

No refunds or exchanges are accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.
In-Person Purchases (Farmers Markets or Events)

All in-person sales are final, since products can be directly inspected before purchase.

If an issue arises, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

Sporgy Mushrooms is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

Carrier issues once the package leaves our facility

If an order is returned due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.

We currently ship within the United States only to valid street addresses.

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or internationally at this time.
