We want you to be happy with your Sporgy Mushrooms purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

Returns

Unopened, unused, and undamaged non-perishable products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For health, safety, and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used food, beverage, supplement, tea, powdered extract, or liquid extract products.

Mushroom Grow Kits

Because mushroom grow kits contain living material and growing conditions vary, we cannot guarantee results when care instructions are not followed or when environmental conditions are outside our control.

If your grow kit arrives damaged, contaminated, or has a clear product issue, contact us as soon as possible with photos and a description of the problem. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include:

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the product and packaging when applicable

If the issue is confirmed, we may replace the item, issue a refund, or provide another appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Sporgy Mushrooms or a damaged or defective product.

Once a refund is issued, processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Sale and Final-Sale Items

Products marked final sale are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped are subject to this Return and Refund Policy.

Future subscription orders may be canceled according to our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.
