Online Purchases
All food product sales are final. Clothing items can be exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date for another size.
Sporgy will happily replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they are damaged or spoiled during transit. To ensure your satisfaction, please inspect your order as soon as it arrives, as we cannot refund products after 30 days from the delivery date.
If items are damaged or spoiled, or if you need a size exchange, they should be sent to the return address provided below. Once the returned product is received and processed, a refund for the original purchase amount (excluding shipping and handling) will be issued to you via the same payment method used at purchase.
In-Person Purchases at Farmers Markets or Events
For items purchased in person, all sales are final due to the nature of our products and the direct interaction during purchase.
If any issues arise, please contact our customer service within 7 days of purchase. We are happy to assist with any concerns to ensure a positive experience.
Grow Kits
Grow kits purchased online or in person will be replaced in the unlikely event they are damaged or spoiled during transit. Please inspect your order promptly upon arrival. Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date. Replacement grow kits will be of the same type or a comparable option, subject to availability.
Shipping Info
Sporgy is not responsible for delays, losses, or returns resulting from incorrect shipping addresses or lost/stolen packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information during checkout.
If an order is returned due to incorrect address information or a delivery issue caused by the customer, reshipping fees may apply.
Sporgy only ships to valid street addresses within the United States. We do not ship to Army Post Office (APO), Fleet Post Office (FPO), or international addresses. If you require special shipping accommodations, please contact our customer service department at 707-408-3534.
