All consumable product sales (including teas, extracts, and grow kits) are final due to health and safety regulations. Clothing items may be exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date for a different size, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
We’re happy to replace any item that arrives damaged, spoiled, or defective. To initiate a claim, please email us within 7 days of delivery at SporgyMushrooms@gmail.com with your order number and photo documentation of the issue.

For claims submitted after 7 days, we may be unable to issue a refund or replacement.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method for the product value, minus a $5 shipping and handling fee. This fee is non-refundable unless the issue was due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or a confirmed defective product).
Grow kits are perishable and time-sensitive. If your kit arrives damaged or compromised, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will replace it with the same or comparable kit (subject to availability). No refunds or exchanges are accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.
All in-person sales are final due to the nature of our products and the opportunity for direct inspection at purchase.
