Sporgy's Policy

RETURN POLICY:
 

All of our food product sales are final. Clothing items can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery date for another size.
 

Sporgy will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives as we will not refund products after 30 days of the delivery date.
 

If items are damaged, spoiled or you need a size exchange they should be sent to the shipping address provided below. Once your damaged product has been received and processed, a refund for the original amount paid will be issued to you via the same payment method when purchased (does not include shipping and handling).

Sporgy is not responsible for loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us.
 

Sporgy will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses. If a APO or FPO is the only address available, please call our customer service department for further assistance at 707.408.3534. For our Canada, Alaska and Puerto Rico customers, please contact customer service for a current shipping quote.
