Online Purchases:
All of our food product sales are final. Clothing items can be exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date for another size.
Sporgy will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives as we will not refund products after 30 days of the delivery date.
If items are damaged, spoiled, or you need a size exchange, they should be sent to the shipping address provided below. Once your damaged product has been received and processed, a refund for the original amount paid will be issued to you via the same payment method when purchased (does not include shipping and handling).
In-Person Purchases at Farmers Markets or Events:
For items purchased in person at farmers markets or events, we strive to ensure your satisfaction at the time of purchase. Due to the nature of our products and the direct customer interaction at these events, all sales are final.
However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. If you encounter any problems with your purchase, please contact our customer service within 7 days of the purchase date. We are happy to address any concerns and provide support to ensure you have a positive experience.
Grow Kits:
For all grow kits purchased online or in person, we will be happy to replace any kits in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit. To ensure satisfaction, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives, as we will not refund or exchange products after 30 days of the delivery date. Replacement grow kits will be of the same type or a comparable option, subject to availability.

Sporgy is not responsible for loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable due to incorrect address information you supply to us.
Sporgy will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses.
